Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 6pm
Sunday 12pm – 5pm.
Monday and Tuesday we are open by appointment for consignment drop-offs or private shopping — email us to book an appointment.
are all your items authentic?
Yes. Every piece is carefully vetted by our in-house buying team before it reaches the sales floor or online store.
- Handbags & Small Leather Goods – For select brands we partner with Entrupy, the industry-leading AI authentication service. A certificate of authentication is included with all Hermes and Chanel handbags. COA's are also available to add-on with most handbag purchases.
- All Other Items – Apparel, footwear, jewellery and accessories are inspected by our team for brand-specific markers of authenticity, condition, and provenance. When needed, we consult additional third-party experts.

Brand new item with original tags attached, never worn or used.
Excellent
Like new with minimal to no signs of wear, in pristine condition.
Very Good
Gently used with minor signs of wear, still in great condition.
Good
Shows normal wear but remains functional and presentable.
Vintage
Classic item with character, may show age-appropriate wear.
As Is
Sold in current condition, may have noticeable wear or defects.

Shopping and Orders
how do you list sizing?
We provide the original size tag (if present) along with garment measurements in centimetres and inches. Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards, so please compare the measurements with a similar item you own.
CAN I PLACE AN ITEM ON HOLD?
We offer a 24-hour courtesy hold in-store. Online orders cannot be reserved without payment.
Shipping & Returns
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the consignment nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We encourage customers to review photos, measurements and condition notes carefully, feel free to request extra info before purchasing.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship within Canada and the United States via insured, trackable courier services. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

We focus on premium and luxury labels—think Chanel, Dior, Prada, Brunello Cucinelli—as well as select contemporary designers. For a sense of our offering please see our designer page.
HOW DO I CONSIGN?
Ready to streamline your wardrobe? Visit our Consign With Us page to submit photos online, drop off or ship approved pieces to Yorkville, and earn up to 70 % once they sell—our team handles the rest.
When do I get paid?
PAYOUTS and CREDITS are scheduled monthly for items sold in the previous calendar month.
PAYOUT payments are scheduled via e-Transfer. CREDITS are available for in store shopping next business day.
WHAT SEASON ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ITEMS FOR?
We follow a seasonal schedule: Spring–Summer intake opens each March, and Fall–Winter intake opens each August.
Handbags, formal dresses, blazers and jewellery are year round categories, open to drop-off.
If you’re unsure whether a piece fits our current selection criteria, feel free to email photos and we’ll be happy to advise.
How are my items valued?
Our buying team researches each piece individually. We consider the original retail price, current resale market data, overall condition, brand demand, and style relevance to set a fair price that benefits both consignor and buyer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN’T SELL?
Upon the end of your quoted consignment period we may:
- AUTO RENEW the consignment quote for pieces to continue selling the next season
- ARRANGE PICK-UP of pieces that are not renewed or seasonal.
- ARRANGE TO DONATE approved pieces to a local charity on your behalf.
Care & Repairs
DO YOU CLEAN ITEMS BEFORE SELLING?
All garments are steamed and surface-cleaned; handbags and shoes receive light conditioning.
Dry-cleaning or extensive repairs are arranged only with the consigner’s approval.
We kindly ask for all pieces to arrive washed/dry cleaned upon drop-off, as this may affect whether an item is accepted for consignment.
