Refund policy
All sales at Heritage Consignment Club are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
As a consignment retailer, every item we carry is pre-owned and one of a kind. Because of the nature of our inventory, we are unable to accept returns once a purchase is complete.
Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. That's why we provide detailed photographs, honest condition grades, and thorough descriptions for every item. If you'd like to know more about a piece before committing, our team is happy to provide additional photos or information — just email us at info@heritageconsignment.club.
If you're local, you're always welcome to visit our Yorkville boutique to see any item in person before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or materially different from its listing description, contact us within 48 hours at info@heritageconsignment.club with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.
This does not apply to normal signs of wear consistent with the item's listed condition grade. All pre-owned items are sold as described.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate cancellations before the item has shipped, at our discretion.
Condition & Liability
Every piece at Heritage Consignment Club is inspected and authenticated before it reaches our racks or our website. We provide honest condition assessments, detailed photographs, and transparent descriptions so you can buy with confidence — whether you're shopping in our Yorkville boutique or online.
As a consignment retailer, all of our products are pre-owned. Each piece carries its own history, and its condition reflects that. We grade every item carefully, but we are responsible only for the condition as received from the consignor. Because we do not manufacture these products, we cannot assume liability for defects related to original production or craftsmanship — including hardware failure, sole separation, zipper issues, seam wear, or other manufacturer-related concerns that may surface after purchase.
By purchasing from Heritage, you acknowledge that our items are pre-owned, may show signs of wear consistent with their condition grade, and may not perform identically to new goods. We encourage you to review all product details, condition notes, and photographs before completing your purchase.
