Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance from our Yorkville boutique.

Local Pickup Free pickup is available from our store in Yorkville, Toronto. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please pick up within 7 days.

Canadian Shipping We ship across Canada via tracked, insured courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and value of your order. Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on destination.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're outside Canada and interested in a specific item, contact us at info@heritageconsignment.club and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Order Processing Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are typically processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Insurance & Signature All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery. Heritage Consignment Club is not responsible for packages once they have been signed for by the recipient or a member of their household.
