Submit Your Pieces

Fill out the form below with photos and details of the items you'd like to consign. The more information you provide, the faster we can review. For larger collections contact us directly to arrange an in-person or virtual appointment.

Drop Off or Ship

Bring your items to our Yorkville boutique, or we'll arrange insured shipping for qualifying items. Within Toronto we offer pick-up options for larger collections and premium designer handbags. Quotes are finalized once in person review completed.

We Sell, You Earn

Your items are professionally photographed, listed, and marketed to our clientele. Once sold, you will be paid OR you can shop with store credit. Enjoy more room in your closet and shop mindfully for future designer pieces.

Every item is carefully reviewed by our in-house buying team. We authenticate, research, and price each piece based on condition, brand, and current market trends.

What We Accept

We accept pre-owned designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories in excellent condition. If you're unsure about an item, contact us at info@heritageconsignment.club and we'd be happy to help.

Which brands do you accept?

We focus on premium and luxury labels—think Chanel, Dior, Prada, Brunello Cucinelli—as well as select contemporary designers. For a sense of our offering please see our designer page.

how do I consign?

Ready to streamline your wardrobe? Contact us to submit photos online, drop off or ship approved pieces to Yorkville, and earn up to 70% once they sell—our team handles the rest.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are scheduled each month for items sold in the previous calendar month, via e-Transfer.

What season are you currently accepting items for?

We follow a seasonal schedule: Spring–Summer intake opens each March, and Fall–Winter intake opens each August

Handbags, formal dresses, blazers and jewellery are year round categories, open to drop-off.

If you’re unsure whether a piece fits our current selection criteria, feel free to email photos and we’ll be happy to advise.

How are my items valued?

Our buying team researches each piece individually. We consider the original retail price, current resale market data, overall condition, brand demand, and style relevance to set a fair price that benefits both consignor and buyer.

What happens if my item doesn't sell?

Upon the end of your quoted consignment period we may: 

  • AUTO RENEW the consignment quote for pieces to continue selling the next season
  • ARRANGE PICK-UP of pieces that are not renewed or seasonal. 
  • ARRANGE TO DONATE approved pieces to a local charity on your behalf.
